Just visited your site for the first time....Enjoyed reading about your life in NZ and seeing JLJ's and JH's comments.... Sounds like you and other NZ Eppin'ites - the Clapps have not made connections.... I am forwarding your blog to Dan and Alison who are husband and wife in Singapore while Dan attends grad school in Chinese studies...Am writing to you on our 4th snow day... It's always nice to hear from folks back home. I hope you're enjoying the snow day ... heck, I hope you're enjoying the snow. Believe me, you'd miss it. ;) Is it going to be another 100-inch winter?
I'm glad to hear news of Dan. Hopefully he'll pop by and share some of his experiences in China. My father-in-law was there for a year last year, teaching English at a university. I'm sure he'd like to see how Dan is finding it.
